We've meticulously designed the home interior as an immersive vacation rental inspired by the show, complete with authentic '80s decor. The Byers House is a **fan-driven project that is not affiliated with Netflix**. However, we are dedicated to honoring the spirit of the show.

The Byers

The Bristol is a stunning new construction home with a spacious, open-concept layout. The main floor features modern LVP flooring, recessed LED lighting, and plenty of natural light. A front flex room serves as a versatile dining or living area. The kitchen shines with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large pantry, and an oversized island with bar seating. The primary suite is conveniently on the main floor, while upstairs holds four additional bedrooms and a second full bath. Nestled in the Appalachian Mountains, Northeast Tennessee borders North Carolina, Virginia, and Kentucky. Located within driving distance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway, the area is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Bristol, Johnson City, and Kingsport's Tri-Cities area attracts young professionals with heavy ties to the equipment and manufacturing industry. Outside the commutable Tri-Cities area, Northeast Tennesse is dotted by small towns ideal for families.
