Arrived: 10 Highlights from 2022

2022 was a banner year for Arrived and while we’ve given quarterly financial updates along the way, we wanted to give 10 highlights hand-picked by our team.

Without further ado, let’s check out these 10 highlights:

1. Arrived launched 152 properties

In 2022, Arrived launched a total of 152 properties on our platform, consisting of 137 long-term rentals and 15 vacation rentals.

2. Vacationers booked 310 nights at Arrived VRs

At the time of this writing, Arrived had 4 vacation rentals live on vacation rental platforms and these properties had a total of 310 nights booked for a total of over $95k in gross booking revenue.

3. The Ace posts the best weekly debut

The Ace took home the title for most bookings in its debut week. In its first week of operation, The Ace was booked for 64 nights through next summer, with gross booking revenue coming in at over $19k.

4. 145 Leases Were Signed

In 2022, Arrived’s long-term rental properties signed 145 leases.

5. Our largest client invested this much…

Arrived’s largest client investor invested a whopping $277k in 2022.

6. The most properties owned by a single investor

The most properties owned by a single investor on Arrived came in at 148, with a total of 177 trades – this investor takes diversification to the next level.

7. Our registered investor based exploded

In 2022, Arrived grew its registered investor base by an incredible 173k.

8. The Wescott flew off the shelf

The Wescott will go down as the property that was rented out the fastest in 2022, being on the market for just one day. Wow, talk about efficiency.

9. The Plumtree offers the highest yield

The Plumtree takes home the title of the Arrived property with the highest dividend yield at the close of the year, coming in at an eye-watering 7.9%.

10. The largest and smallest properties of 2022

Our final fun facts for 2022 are the largest and smallest properties launched on our platform.

Our largest long-term rental was The Latte at a spacious 3,126 square feet. Our smallest long-term rental was The Brooklyn at a respectable 1,124 square feet.

On the vacation rental side, our largest property was The Cardinal, coming in at a whopping 4,108 square feet. Our smallest vacation rental was The Pointbreak at 1,280 square feet but you don’t need much space when you are THAT close to Panama City Beach.
