The Arrived Single Family Residential Fund is designed to allow investors to invest in rental properties more easily through this always-available fund. By buying shares in the Arrived single family residential fund, investors are instantly diversifying across many properties and markets. New homes will be consistently added to this fund, further growing that diversification over time.

This fund is designed to be the REIT of the future, offering more transparency into every property and wider market coverage than traditional single family REITs. The Arrived Fund is structured as a private real estate investment trust and will be managed by the expert investments team that curates all the properties for the Arrived platform.

**Dividends:** Currently, we expect to pay out dividends for the Single Family Residential fund monthly, with subsequent dividends being paid out at the end of each month. Please note that depending on the timing of your investment, it may take up to 120 days to receive your first dividend.
