Since launching our innovative fractionalized rental home product in 2021, we have already helped tens of thousands of people participate in the financial benefits of property ownership. 


As Arrived clients build wealth by reaping those financial benefits, many will feel ready to purchase their own home and transition to traditional homeownership, where they fully own the home they live in. 


So, we are thrilled to introduce our Down Payment Assistance Program, designed to support you on your journey toward traditional homeownership. The program is open to all Arrived investors, and is meant to provide financial assistance towards the down payment on your first home. 

Down Payment Assistance

  • Cashback Rewards: Get 1% instant cashback on the property value of your new home purchase when utilizing our partner broker services.
  • Waived Fee Advantage: Enjoy waived liquidity fees (1-2%) when you sell your Arrived shares*.

By investing on Arrived and participating in the down payment assistance program, a future homeowner has the opportunity to start earning rental income and benefit from any potential property value appreciation while they save up for their down payment. To participate in this program, email downpaymentassistance@arrived.com to schedule time with our team to talk about the program and how to get started. 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility Criteria- You must be an Arrived investor purchasing your first home to qualify for this program. 
  2. Program Details- To participate in this program, email downpaymentassistance@Arrived.com to schedule time with our team to talk about the program and how to get started. Once we have registered interest to participate in the program, Arrived will coordinate with the investor and the partner broker services on the new home purchase as well as on the Arrived share liquidation. To qualify for the Waived Fee Advantage, the investor must demonstrate that they are using the liquidated funds to purchase their first home. This may include providing full documentation of their new home purchase, their previous lease agreement for their primary residence, and or other documents that demonstrate a transition to first-time homeownership. 
  3. Application Process- To participate in the program, please email downpaymentassistance@Arrived.com to schedule time with our team to talk about the program and how to get started. 
  4. Financial Terms- Once the Arrived shares are liquidated, Arrived will arrange for the cash payout of the Waived Fee Advantage within 60 days and according to the above terms. The Cashback Rewards payment is based on 1% of the property value and will be paid out in cash within 60 days of the property escrow closing. 
  5. Duration and Availability- This program is a rolling program that begins on Jan 15 and subject to availability, will be available until Dec 31. Once an application is received the Arrived team will respond within 7 days.
