February gross booking revenue & guest ratings

In February, Arrived vacation rentals generated $219,351 in gross booking revenue for 37 booking-ready properties.* We are excited to share that our vacation rentals have an average guest rating of 4.88.* As the seasons turn, we see a gradual uptick in vacation rental bookings throughout our portfolio. We expect this trend to continue as we work our way into the warmer months.

The table below presents each bookable vacation rental’s gross booking revenue and guest rating score in February. It's important to note that vacation rentals are highly seasonal, which may lead to greater gross booking revenue deltas depending on the market or location of the property. Newly bookable vacation rentals typically require more time to reach revenue potential.

*Gross vacation rental revenue from the month of February reflects bookings from 2/1/2024 through 2/29/2024. Our guest rating is a weighted average for all bookable vacation rentals from the property's bookable date to current (3/28/24).

Guest review highlights

"The house is beautiful. Everything was meticulously clean when we arrived. We loved the fireplace and appreciated the extra blankets to help with the cozy feel. We communicated with the hosts a few times and they were extremely prompt and friendly with their responses. They were able to accommodate early check in - we had a very early flight arrival and were so appreciative! Highly recommend staying here. The location is awesome - we loved Flagstaff and made easy day trips to Grand Canyon and Sedona. At the end of long, adventurous days, we were so happy to come back to this house to relax." - Guest review of The Kinlani, 5/5 stars

"I've been staying in Airbnbs since the early days of the website. This stay is my favorite to date and my favorite by far. The house was so perfect for our girls weekend we hardly wanted to go out into downtown Asheville. It was clean, as described, and even bigger than we needed. We're all still talking about the basement couch and how much we miss it!" - Guest review of The Knoll, 5/5 stars

"We came for a little getaway with family and friends and had a great time with the space. The hot tub was so massive that we felt very comfortable with our whole group hanging out under the stars. Lastly, the game room is a fun addition and we had a lot of fun just hanging out and playing a few rounds of pool. We wish we could have stayed longer! Would recommend to anyone looking to have a group in Joshua Tree." - Guest review of The Mirage, 5/5 stars

"We throughly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful vacation! The property was as described and looked just like the photos! The amenities provided were a pleasant surprise! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Korin is an amazing host, quick to respond to questions, and made sure we had everything we needed in order to have a relaxing vacation. We’ll definitely return to this property the next time we’re in PCB!" - Guest review of The Pointbreak, 5/5 stars
