Arrived Single Family Residential Fund
The Single Family Residential Fund properties had 5 new leases starting in August, with 3 leasing above the forecasted rent and a stabilized occupancy of 97%*. See the tables below for details. This fund currently has properties across 19 different markets.
Investors in the Single Family Residential Fund benefit from rental income and any appreciation that occurs when a property is sold. As new properties are added to the fund, its diversification expands.
Arrived Private Credit Fund
With more than 9,000 investors and $15.8M in total value of shares invested, the Arrived Private Credit Fund yielded 8.1% annually in August and added 9 new loans. The Fund currently holds 35 loans, with more being added periodically.

Single Family Residential IPOs
In August, 25 new leases were started in Arrived single family residential homes with an average lease duration of 19 months. Of these homes, 15 properties were leased over the forecasted amount!
All rental income generated from Arrived properties benefits its investors by adding to the property’s cash reserves or by being paid out as future monthly dividends.
Overall, Arrived single family residential properties had a stabilized occupancy of 90%* with 307 occupied properties* collecting a total of $644K*+ rent revenue in August.

"My family and I loved our getaway! We were looking for a quiet place to relax, play games, watch movies, eat and laugh after enjoying the National Park and Anakeesta. This beautifully decorated, clean, thought out 3 floor home is just what we needed. Every bedroom comes with a bathroom and balcony. The main floor is an open concept with plenty of light with a huge kitchen dining area. The back deck has plenty of seating and a larger jacuzzi, which we were thankful for after the day's activities. The 3rd floor game and theatre room did not disappoint! We spent most of our time in the game and theatre room, enjoying our evenings as a family. The home is far enough from the touristy area to enjoy the windy back roads yet close enough to all attractions.
