Annualized dividend yield: The dividends paid per share over a stated period, converted to a 12-month rate and divided by the [share price / net asset value per share] at [the start of / during] that period. For example, a monthly annualized yield multiplies one month's dividend by 12 and divides by the share price for that month. Annualized yield is a historical measure of income only. It does not include changes in share value or appreciation; it is not the same as total return, and it does not guarantee future dividends. Annualized dividend yields are based on recent distributions and are not guaranteed. Actual results may vary and may be impacted by changes in market conditions, occupancy levels, operating expenses, interest rates, and borrower performance.
